Year 7 Maths Term 4 (Academic)

Service Description

Our Level 7 Mathematics program introduces students to the rigour of secondary mathematics while maintaining a strong focus on confidence and understanding. Students explore rational numbers, algebra, geometry, measurement, statistics and probability through investigations and problem-solving challenges. Emphasis is placed on reasoning, mathematical communication and applying mathematics to authentic contexts. In Term 4, many year 7 students will have end of year examinations for the first time after their first year of high school. Students will have the opportunity to prepare for end of year exams and consolidate their understanding of Victorian Curriculum V2.0 Level 7 and prepare for Level 8.
